Kelly, Sutter & Kendrick, P.C. is a firm of six attorneys engaged in a specialized civil litigation  practice in Houston, Texas.  The Firm's attorneys previously practiced with a large, Houston law firm until October 1992, when they elected to form a smaller, more productive and efficient firm to better serve their clients.  Shareholders of the Firm have practiced together for periods ranging from fourteen to twenty-three years.

The Firm's practice involves complex litigation encompassing a variety of disciplines.  These include:  (i) commercial and business disputes; (ii) personal injury and death claims;  (iii) oil and gas; (iv) toxic torts; (v) contractual disputes; (vi) products liability suits; (vii) insurance defense matters; (viii) bad faith insurance practices; and, (ix) marine and admiralty claims of all types.  In addition to the traditional trial practice, the Firm also handles adversary matters before administrative agencies, arbitration tribunals and various types of investigations and negotiations of disputes which may ultimately involve litigation.  The Firm will consider contingency fee work, including subrogation matters, on a case-by-case basis. 

The Firm has attorneys who are licensed to practice before the State Courts of Texas, Federal Courts of Texas and Louisiana, and before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits.  Several attorneys are also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
