BILLING POLICIES

Kelly, Sutter & Kendrick, P.C. is fully accountable to its clients for the costs of all services rendered. The Firm recognizes the importance of addressing both the client's and the Firm's expectations of legal fees and expenses, and managing all costs in accordance with those expectations.  An engagement agreement specifying the fee and expense arrangement will be entered into between the client and the Firm.
