Mr. Nesbitt received a B.A. (with honors) from Rice University in 1985 and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988. Mr. Nesbitt is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Nesbitt is a member of the American Bar Association (Sections on Litigation and on Tort and Insurance Practice, and Subcommittee on Insurance Coverage Litigation), the State Bar of Texas (Sections on Litigation and Environmental Law), the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit and the Houston Bar Association.
